Equestrian hero?
Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour. She rides with such softness and elegance, and her partnership with Cassidy is something we should all aspire to. I remember watching her desensitize him to large scoreboards by riding him past a huge TV in her home arena. That dedication to building trust really stuck with me. Her first Grand Prix test with Bohemian is also a must-watch—she rides every movement with such tact and feel. It’s a true masterclass in preparation.

Product that you can’t live without?
BEMER. I know it’s expensive, but I swear by it—especially the leg cuffs. I use them on all four legs before every ride to increase circulation. I literally will not ride unless my horse has been bemered first. I’d rather be late to a lesson. I’m not sponsored, but honestly, I should be!

Beside dressage, what is another discipline that you would like to try?
Polo! I’ve taken a few lessons and loved it. My husband is learning to ride and play, too—it’s been so fun to share this with him.
