Who would be your dream horse to ride?
That’s easy …. Glamourdale.

Favourite food?
Pudding - of absolutely any kind. Nuts, chocolate … chocolate nuts.

Something people don’t know about you?
I have a degree in sociology, psychology and child development and I’m writing a book at the moment. I once got 4th in the NZ National Street Salsa Championships but that was when I was less crispy.

Most treasured possession?
My photos and videos from my children’s early years.

Coffee shop order?
Caffe Crème or Americano - Boring I know. I used to drink lattes, but it went straight to my thighs… a fact I usually ignore when I order the baked goods to go with it.

Equestrian hero?
Carl Hester - even more so after training with him for two years.

Favourite music?
I love most music genres. You could look at my playlists and not really place me anywhere.
At the moment I am really into inspirational music recorded at different hertz. Music can heal at different frequencies. I find the horses love it too. Able Heart, Shift to Abundance, Good vibes Tribe, Affirmation Club.

Favourite holiday destination?
I have not been on holiday for years but the best holiday I’ve had was with my boys in the Cook Islands. I would like to go to Greece next. I’d love to go to Santorini.

Favourite inspirational quotes?
Always treat people the way you’d like to be treated.
Try to always behave in a way that allows you to like who you are. Authenticity is not always comfortable, but it’s real and honest.
Never think about what you don’t want (this is hard!)
Look after your body like it’s the only car you’ll ever have.

Do you have a pet?
Yes. A unique little fluffy bundle called Georgie who is Jack Russell crossed with something mysterious.
